Writing Paper and matching envelope gift folder with a pen

Hi

Today I want to share with you this paper and envelope gift folder that I've made. I think it would be great to gift to someone.

It'd be nice to maybe write a thank you note for a present received from someone.

I hand stamped every page of the notepad and again on the front of the envelopes. The pad is A6 in size and has 30 sheets I think ( I got it in a multipack of 4 for £1 from The Range) and I've got 10 envelopes in mine.

I will leave a link to the video tutorial below.

https://youtu.be/QmSblOwudgs

Also here is a list of the supplies I used:

Card measuring 11" x 7 1/2" score on the long side at 5 1/8" and 5 7/8" and fold to create the cover

DSP to decorate the cover- 4 pieces measuring 7 1/4" x 4 7/8"

Card measuring 3/4" x 7 1/4" to hold the notepad

Card (for pen holder) to measure 2" x 1 7/8" score on the short side at 3/8", 3/4", 1 1/8" and 1 1/2"

Copier paper (for envelopes)- 10 pieces measuring 6 1/2" x 6 1/2"

Envelope punch board

Stamp set of your choice ( I used Petal Palette for one and Watercolour words for the ones above)

Embellishments to decorate

Ribbon to secure the envelopes.

I hope you like this project.

#4 Happy Crafters Design Team

Hi everyone

I hope you are all well.

This is my last week taking part in the Happy Crafters design team, I very nearly didn't think I would get this one out in time as I've been so busy at work.
I've really enjoyed being part of this design team as it's definitely pushed me. I loved seeing Jane's projects too and I will definitely refer back to them for inspiration.

This week I've done a card that is really easy to do but I hope you agree I think the colours just pop and make it come alive.
These colours at the moment are some of my favorites but that normally changes with each project I do haha.

I have not had chance to record a tutorial for this project but hopefully I'll upload one in a day or so.

Products I've used are listed below:

Basic Black card measuring 6" x 8" score on the long side at 4" and fold to create the card base

Picture Perfect DSP measuring 5 7/8" x 3 7/8"

Whisper White card measuring 5 7/8" x 3 7/8"(for inside mat) and Picture Perfect DSP measuring 3/4" x 5 7/8" to layer on top of the inside mat.

Happiest of days stamp set

Layering circle dies

Basic Black ,Berry Burst and Lemon Lime Twist ink pads

scraps of Berry Burst, Basic Black and Whisper White cardstock

Metallic sequins

Basic Black marker

I hope you have enjoyed both Jane's and mine projects this last 4 weeks, I can't wait to see what the next design team brings.

Thanks for looking and happy crafting!

Myths and Magic travellers notebook

Hi everyone

I hope you are well and having a good day.

I'm super excited about today's project!!

I just love the whole Magic and Myths suite that is available in the spring/ summer catalogue. From the 1st time I saw it I just knew I had to have them haha.

This is my 1st time making a travellers notebook and I love how it's turned out. It's so easy to do too and a great way to showcase those gorgeous papers. I used the matching stamp and die set to do the mermaid, seahorse and unicorn along with my Stampin blends to colour them in, then I added some wink of stella.
It would be so easy to alter the measurements depending what size note books you get.

On the tutorial I said I got the notebooks from Boots for £3 for 4....this was a mistake and they were actually 3 notebooks for £1 in the sale. I don't edit my videos so that's why I wanted to tell you the correct price on here.

I will leave below the measurements and all products I used:

Magical Day stamp set
Magical Mates framelits dies
Myths and Magic speciality DSP
Stampin Blends
1/8" handheld punch
Elastic cord (from my stash)
Laminator

Cover for notebooks
DSP measuring 8 1/4" x 5 1/2"

Outside cover
DSP measuring 8 1/4"x 5 1/2" score on the long side at 3 3/4", 4", 4 1/4" and 4 1/2"

For full instructions I've done a tutorial on YouTube, I will leave the link below.

I hope you like this project as much as I do and thanks for looking.
