Card and matching gift box using hand stamped DSP

Hi everyone

The team that I'm in had a challenge this week to make a couple of project using our own hand stamped DSP.
This is not something I do very often as I'm always sure I will mess it up haha.

Anyway I thought I'd share with you all what I came up with...I'm actually really pleased with the results and I hope you like it too.

I hand stamped a full sheet of A4 Whisper white card to create my DSP. I used the Blooms and Wishes stamp set and Smoky Slate and Powder Pink inks.

Here's what I used to make each project:

Card:
Smoky Slate card measuring 11 3/4" x 4 1/4" scored on long side at 5 7/8" to create a top folding card base.
DSP Matt measuring 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
Pretty Label punch
Blooms and Wishes stamp set
silver metallic ribbon
1/8" silver ribbon
scraps of whisper white and smoky slate for the sentiment

Gift Box:
Smoky slate card measuring 9 1/8" x 5 1/8" score on the long side at 1 1/8", 4", 5 1/8" and 8". Then score on the short side at 1 1/8" and 4"
cut up the score lines on the long side and make tabs from the squares, then fold up to create your box.
DSP matt measuring 2 5/8" x 2 5/8" and then 3pieces measuring 2 5/8" x 7/8"
Blooms and Wishes stamp set and scraps of whisper white and smoky slate for the sentiment
1/8" silver ribbon

COFFEE CAFE MINI ALBUM USING ENVELOPES

Hi everyone

I just had to share with you this beautiful mini album I've made.
It's really easy to do and would make a great gift to someone special or even to yourself..haha.

At 5" x  3/4" it's a good little size to keep in your bag too.

I really do love this suite from the catalogue....one of my must haves to be honest.

I hope you like this project and if you would like to see how I made it, then just click on the link below.

Coffe Cafe thanks a latte card

Hi everyone

I'm back today to share with you some thank you cards I've made.

I left my previous job last Thursday and I wanted to make some cards to give out to the amazing staff who quickly became friends over the years, to express my gratitude to them all.

I used the new Coffee Café stamps and matching framelits as well as the new In colour bitty bows. I saw a similar idea on Pinterest by a lady called Lisa Pretto and changed it up slightly.
I'm so pleased with how they turned out and just hope the recipients loved them as much as I do.

I used the 2017- 2019 In colours for these cards.

I've done a youtube tutorial showing you how I made them, I'll leave the link below for you all.

I hope you like how they turned out.

Vertical Greetings tall milk carton style box

Hi everyone

I'm back with this beautiful gift box that holds a reed diffuser set. I got mine from the local £1 shop with a view to make a gift box myself.

I love the effect of heat embossing, it's like magic haha.

The version on the left is in Early Espresso cardstock and I've used gold embossing powder, gold glimmer paper, scrap of very vanilla, classic label punch and gold 1/8" ribbon.
The one on the left is made using Basic Black cardstock, silver embossing powder and silver 1/8" ribbon.

I really do love it, I hope you do too.

I've uploaded a video tutorial to YouTube and I'll leave the link below. I'd really like for you to go and have a look and if you like it, show your support and subscribe to my channel.

I'll be back with another project next week.

Until then....happy crafting.

Mini album gift box holds 4 albums and room for adhesives

Hi guys

I'm back with another project today for you all....this time I am making sure I post it on the day haha.

I've designed this myself to specifically fit 4 of the mini albums that I done on my last video tutorial. Inside the box is another box which I'll put some washi tape and glue, the idea is that the recipient can start adding pictures to the albums straight away.

The finished dimensions of the box are 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 5" so it's a great sized box.

Here are the measurements of card that you will need:

Base of the box
Early espresso card measuring 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" score on all 4 sides at 1/2"

Sides of the box x 4
Early espresso card measuring 5" x 5" score at 1/2" on 1 side on all pieces

Inner box
crumb cake card measuring 9" x 9" score on all 4 sides at 3"

Lid
crumb cake measuring 6 5/8" x 6 5/8" score on all sides at 1/2" and 1"

I hope you all like this project. I have uploaded a video tutorial...I will leave a link below.

Thanks for looking and happy crafting.

4 pieces measuring 3 5/8" x 3 1/4"
4 pieces measuring 3 5/8" x 1 3/4"

I must confess that this is not my original design and I followed a tutorial by May May Made It. I will include links below to both my video tutorial and also hers.

I think you will enjoy giving these gorgeous mini albums a go...I did.
